Strategy Table

Strategy Table is an app that helps you combine a number of decisions together to form different self-consistent, coherent strategies. Given that each decision in a project could have a number of different options, use Strategy Table to define different paths through those options. Each path represents a different potential strategy.

Building Decision Strategies

Preparing a decision strategy is a simple 3 step process:

Quickly brain storm the decisions that form part of the strategy and add these to the table.
For each decision quickly capture the different options that decision has.
Define one of more strategy paths by selecting one option in each decision.

Once the basic framework is set up, it is easily edited to add, remove or change the order of both decisions and decision options. There are multiple display formats available and settings such as how the paths are displayed can be changed as well.

When complete, editing can be switched off to enable clean screen capture of the table, or export to a PDF file. For more details on how to use the app see the Strategy Table Help page.

Strategy Table is available for iPhone, iPad and MacOS. On smaller devices you can zoom or scroll through the table.
