Mid-Level Leadership Mentoring
New mid-level leaders can find themselves in a lonely place. They are often expected by their staff, and perhaps an impatient management to “know it all” and can be fearful of displaying a lack of knowledge. At the same time there’s no way they can know everything in a role that has most likely changed dramatically from a previous downward facing project leadership role. Communication challenges are very different as are senior management expectations. I can provide scheduled or on-demand one-to-one support for new leaders. Engagement can be confidential or with support of line-managers to work on effective development planning.
